I came to this work through both lived experience and clinical training. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in high-pressure professional environments where achievement often came at the expense of wellbeing. A chronic illness later forced me to slow down, listen to my body, and rethink what a sustainable, meaningful life looks like.
That perspective shapes how I work today. Sitting with me is calm, grounded, and nonjudgmental. A space to feel understood, make sense of what you’re going through, and move toward change that actually lasts.
